1. Provider and contact
Websnik is the trading name used by Nikita Trokhymenko, based in Warsaw, Poland. Contact: trohimenkonikita@gmail.com.
These terms describe use of websnik.com and the general conditions for managed LinkedIn content. The individual written offer confirms the provider's full contracting details, postal address, total fees, any applicable taxes and payment arrangements before you enter a contract or pay. Websnik is independent of LinkedIn and Sendible.
2. Enquiries and the agreement
Sending the contact form, discussing a package or connecting a LinkedIn profile does not create an order, payment obligation or subscription. A service engagement starts only after both parties accept a written offer or agreement, including by email.
The offer sets the audience, topics, language, publishing volume, start/end dates, review process, fees and any agreed extras. Specific agreed terms govern those details; mandatory legal rights always apply. Changes to scope or price require agreement and are not applied retroactively to an accepted engagement.
3. What the service covers
Choose one post per day or two posts per day. A four-week period is 28 days, with 28 or 56 posts respectively. The first period is a paid pilot; following periods and their price are agreed separately. There is no automatic renewal from visiting this website, submitting an enquiry or connecting a profile.
Profile rewrites, community replies, direct messages, paid ads and other work are included only if expressly agreed. The service manages content and publishing; it does not promise a particular number of impressions, followers, leads or sales. Results depend on the audience, content and platform.
- Content direction, topic planning, research and writing within the agreed scope.
- Scheduling and publishing to the authorized LinkedIn profile through Sendible.
- Draft approval if requested and agreed; otherwise publishing under the agreed direction and instructions.
- A review of available results for the service period.
4. Publishing access and approval
You must have authority to connect the profile and commission posts for it. You authorize Sendible through LinkedIn's permission screen. Websnik does not ask for or receive your LinkedIn password. Access is limited by the permissions granted and used for the agreed work.
We agree whether drafts need your approval, how feedback is supplied and any response deadlines. Silence counts as approval only if that workflow has been expressly agreed. If approval or required information is late, we agree an updated schedule rather than publish outside your instructions.
You can revoke access in LinkedIn or ask Nik to disconnect your profile from Sendible. Please also tell Nik if you want to stop scheduled work. Revoking access does not by itself cancel a paid agreement or remove posts already published.
5. Materials and content rights
You retain rights to the information and materials you supply. You authorize Websnik to use them only as necessary to perform the engagement. You are responsible for having permission to supply and publish third-party materials and for confirming business facts used in your content.
Once the agreed payment for original deliverables is made, Websnik grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, edit and reuse those deliverables for your own personal or business purposes. Any transfer of copyright or exclusive rights must be expressly agreed in a legally valid form. Rights to third-party assets remain subject to their licences.
Client names, identifiable analytics and work are not licensed for Websnik's public promotion by the service agreement alone. Portfolio or testimonial use requires separate permission. You may link to this website; its branding, layout and other website materials remain protected by their applicable rights.
6. Payment, changes and cancellation
The written offer confirms the total price, currency, payment dates and any applicable taxes before you accept. There is no payment checkout on this website. A continuation after the pilot requires agreement; a website price change does not change an already accepted price.
To pause or cancel, email Nik. We confirm the stop date, handling of scheduled posts, delivered work and any balance or refund due under the agreement and applicable law. Cancellation charges are not introduced after acceptance without your agreement. Revoking the profile connection and cancelling the engagement are separate actions.
If Websnik cannot deliver agreed work, Nik will discuss a revised delivery plan and the appropriate remedy, including a price reduction or refund where due. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or remove rights for a defective service.
7. Consumer withdrawal rights
Where you qualify for applicable EU or Polish consumer protection for a distance service contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to trohimenkonikita@gmail.com; a model withdrawal form is not mandatory.
If you expressly request work to begin during that period and later withdraw, a proportionate charge for work actually provided may apply only where the legal requirements have been met. The right is lost after full performance only with the required prior express consent and acknowledgment. A contact-form submission or a LinkedIn connection does not provide that consent.
Before a consumer contract is concluded, Websnik will provide the required contractual and withdrawal information on a durable medium, such as email. Refunds following a valid withdrawal are made within the applicable statutory period, generally 14 days from notification. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer or equivalent protections.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
The Privacy Policy describes the contact form, providers, international processing and your data rights. Both parties should treat non-public business information shared for the engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is needed to carry out the agreed service or required by law.
If client work involves personal data that Websnik processes on your instructions, the parties must agree an appropriate data processing agreement before that processing begins. Connecting through Sendible does not replace that agreement. Sendible and LinkedIn have their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Platform availability and concerns
LinkedIn and Sendible control their own availability, permissions, limits and platform rules. A disconnected profile, expired authorization or provider outage can interrupt publishing. Nik will coordinate the publishing plan with you when this affects agreed work. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you have a concern about delivery, billing, a post or your data, email Nik with the relevant details and the resolution you seek. Websnik will acknowledge and address it without undue delay, within any applicable legal response deadline. Applicable law and your individual agreement determine dispute resolution; mandatory consumer rights to local remedies remain intact.
10. Updates
The date above identifies this version. Website terms may be updated for future use, but changes do not automatically alter an existing accepted engagement. The English, Polish and Russian versions are intended to communicate the same terms. Your individual contract confirms the language and any specific conditions agreed for your engagement.
