1. Data controller

2. What data I collect and why

I only collect data that you give me yourself or that is necessary for the site to work:

• Call bookings — when you book a call via the calendar link (Google Calendar), I process your email address and any details you provide. Purpose: to arrange and hold the call. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest).
• Email contact — when you email me, I process your address and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply and handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Technical data (server logs) — the hosting provider automatically records technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of visit) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Cookies and tracking

The site uses no analytics or marketing tools and does not track visitors. I do not use cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising — which is why there is no cookie-consent banner.

Fonts are hosted locally on the site, so loading them does not send your IP address to any third-party font provider.

4. Who I share data with (processors)

To run the site I rely on trusted providers that process data on my behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and site delivery (USA).
• Google (Google Ireland/LLC) — booking calendar (Google Calendar) and email (Gmail) (USA).

5. Transfers outside the EEA

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (including the USA). This happens on the basis of appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long I keep data

I keep correspondence and booking data for as long as needed to handle the matter and stay in touch, and afterwards for a period justified by my legitimate interest (e.g. defending against claims). On your request I will delete data earlier, unless the law requires me to keep it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

8. Providing data is voluntary

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for me to contact you, reply to your message, or arrange a call.

9. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy, e.g. when tools or regulations change. The current version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
